Our team at Ingram Manor Apartments is dedicated to ensuring your apartment home is move-in ready. We follow a comprehensive 14-point checklist, which includes detailed inspections, fresh painting, and professional cleaning, so you can enjoy a seamless transition into your new home.
You don’t need to be present for a service technician to complete work in your apartment home at Ingram Manor Apartments. However, please ensure any pets are safely secured to allow the work to proceed.
We have onsite maintenance and emergency 24/7 on call maintenance service for your convenience.
If you need a repair in your home, you can submit a service request through our resident portal, use our convenient resident app, or call our leasing office directly.
If you are locked out of your home after hours, you can call our leasing office and select the emergency maintenance option. Please note that after-hours lockouts incur a service fee. During business hours, you can visit or call the office for assistance. In both cases, valid photo identification is required from residents at Ingram Manor Apartments.
Amenities
We offer garage parking for all residents who live at The Encore at Ingram Manor Apartments and for residents who live at The Legacy at Ingram Manor, surface and courtyard parking are available. Free guest parking is available on the surface lots and open street parking is also an option.
Our community, Ingram Manor Apartments boasts a variety of exceptional amenities, including 24/7 package lockers, complimentary printing, grand lobby, resident lounge area, fully equipped fitness center, business center, and smart locks with virtual keys.
We’re proud to be a pet-friendly community at Ingram Manor Apartments, welcoming both dogs and cats. Current veterinary records are required for all pets, and dogs must also have a completed temperament form that can be verified by a licensed veterinarian. Please note that breed and weight restrictions apply.
Every apartment home at Ingram Manor Apartments comes fully equipped with modern appliances, including a stove, microwave, refrigerator with an ice maker, and a washer and dryer.

We partner with a third-party company for applicant screening. While results are typically available within 24 hours, please note that the process may occasionally take up to three (3) days.
Residents at Ingram Manor Apartments have multiple convenient options for paying rent. Rent can be paid online through the resident portal using debit, credit, or ACH payments. Alternatively, payments can also be sent by mail.
At Ingram Manor Apartments, renters insurance is required for all leaseholders, with a minimum liability coverage of $300,000
There are several options for internet and cable providers. You can choose the provider that works best for you. Please inquire about satelite dishes prior to initiaiting service.
We require 30 calendar days' notice for early lease terminiation and a fee equivalent to two months of rent.
Utilities can be easily set up online with local providers. Please ensure your BGE account is established prior to receiving the keys to your apartment.

Our community is located within close proximity to bus lines 83 and 85. In the heart of Pikesville, MD, we are centrally located just minutes from I-695 and conveinient to shopping, entertainment, grocery, restaurants and parks.

For Future Residents

We work with a trusted third-party screening provider during the application process. This process evaluates factors such as credit, debt-to-income ratio, rental history, and check-writing history, along with a thorough criminal and civil background check.
If you’re a first-time renter, our team is here to guide you through the process and answer any questions to help you find the perfect apartment home.
If you are interested in a furnished apartment at Ingram Manor Apartments , please let a member of our team know and we will connect you with a furniture rental partner, CORT Furniture. Our apartment homes are unfurnished, however, we work with partners who can ensure your furniture arrives by move in day.
Our office is open 7 days a week to offer apartment tours at no costs and to serve residents. We are closed on most major holidays.
Appointments, although not required, are highly recommended to ensure that we set aside time to answer questions and ensure all your needs are met during your visit.
We offer a resident referral program at Ingram Manor Apartments, and pay $250 to any resident who refers a new move in to our community. The resident is paid after the new resident moves in and the residents' rent is current.
Lease term options vary throughout the year and typically range from 10-14 month lease terms. Residents can always choose the option to renew at the end of a lease term. Rent can be paid up to 3 months in advance.
Our renters insurance policy requires $300,000 in coverage for liability and $5,000 of medical coverage.
We are in the leasing office 7 days a week for our residents and are also available via phone and email as well as our resident app.
Our mid-rise apartment building at Ingram Manor Apartments, provides a comfortable living environment. While some noise from neighbors is possible with apartment living, our team is always available to address any concerns you may have regarding noise levels.
We offer two free garages as options for parking onsite. Parking is free for residents and their guests 24/7.
All of our apartment homes at Ingram Manor Apartments, offer full -size washer and dryer for your conveinience.
Our community, Ingram Manor Apartments, is conveniently located within walking distance of charming boutique shops, popular retailers, a variety of restaurants and bars, a library, and a hotel.
We residents to enjoy their apartments and they are more than welcome to decorate the home so long as the apartment is returned to its original condition as it was on the day of move in.
In the case of a maintenance issue, residents can contact our leasing office to request service or they can also enter service request online. Our residents can also use the Rent Café Resident mobile app to enter a service request.
Our lease agreement prohibits subletting and does not allow residents to list apartments on Airbnb.
We are a pet friendly community at Ingram Manor Apartments and require a refundable pet deposit and monthly pet rent for furry family members.
In the event that rent is not paid, all leaseholders and Guarantors are financially and legally responsible.
Residents are responsible for monthly rent and utlities at our community.
Future residents are required to pay the security deposit at the time of lease signing while prorated rent. If the new resident's move in date is after the 25th of any month, the resident must also pay the full amount of the first month's rent in advance prior to receiving keys to the apartment home.
For Current Residents
When a resident chooses to break the lease, the resident is required to give one month calendar notice and must pay a fee equivalent to two months rent. If the resident received any rental discounts, the discounted amount must paid in addition to the two months rent at the time of signing the Early Termination Agreement. The payment must be presented in certified funds.
Residents can pay rent online using payment methods such as check, debit card, or credit card. There are fees associated with credit card and debit card payments. Rent can only be paid online from the 1st of the month through the 10th of the month. The online portal is closed from the 11th through month end.
If a resident transfers from one apartment to another, a security deposit will need to be paid for the new unit. The previous security will be returned, less any damages after the move out inspection has been completed for the orginal apartment.
Residents can assign their apartment to a new leaseholder if they choose to vacate prior to the lease term ending. The new leaseholder must complete the applicant screening process and the security deposit will remain with the unit. Residents are not permitted to sublet their apartment.
